Author Introduction :

H.E. Mr. Baudelaire Ndong Ella is the Ambassador of Gabon to the People’s Republic of China, also accredited to Singapore, Vietnam, and DPRK. A distinguished diplomat, he has represented Gabon at the United Nations in New York and Geneva, and presided over the UN Human Rights Council in 2014. His career includes leadership roles at the African Union and membership in the UN Committee on Contributions. With advanced training in international law and human rights, he brings deep expertise in diplomacy and global cooperation. Born in Oyem in 1967, he is multilingual and married with five children.

作者Baudelaire Ndong Ella是加彭共和國（Gabon）的資深職業外交官，在國際外交舞台上，特別是聯合國與人權事務方面貢獻重大，曾擔任聯合國人權理事會主席（2014年）。

他自2017年起出任加彭共和國駐中華人民共和國特命全權大使，並同時兼任駐新加坡高級專員。他在中國任職長達 9 年，致力於林業、礦業、基礎設施與再生能源等領域的經貿合作，直到 2026 年 7 月底才正式結束任期並奉調回國。

作為中西非基層，這實屬相當不易的成就。這本書是他將自己從加彭農村基層出發、奮鬥成為國際外交官的生命旅程，以及對公共政策與鄉土建設的遠見，寫成了勵志傳記小說《The Earth's Blueprint》（地球的藍圖），教導人們如何透過耐心、信仰和構思藍圖來逆轉命運。
